Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you service?

We believe in providing physio in places convenient for our clients. By coming to your home or workplace, you can feel relaxed, and we get a far better idea of the day to day challenges you face

How do I book?

Currently booking may only be done via email, social media, or phone. We are working on an online booking platform currently!

What do you treat?

We have a team with a variety of special areas of interest, which allows us the treat most conditions.

However, we have a primary interest in treating the conditions that often fall in the "too hard basket" - chronic pain conditions, FND, EDS, CRPS, Phantom Limb, and physical aspects of ASD and ADHD.

Fees

We aim to provide services at a reasonable cost. As a mobile service, we do also charge a call out fee. See the fee schedule below.

How is your data secured?

Your data is protected by advanced encryption and security protocols, keeping your personal information safe.

Do I need a GP referral?

We are first contact practitioners, which means you can just book in!

DVA and Medicare funding does need a GP letter to use, however.

Pricing

Except where legislated, these fees do not include the call out fee. The call out fee varies depending upon your location.

NDIS participants are charged at the pro rata rate in the NDIS Price Guidelines, as well as the relevant call out fee.

Currently, this is $183.99 per hour plus travel. Travel fees are capped at $92.00.

Minimum cost is $183.99 per session.

DVA is charged at relevant rates, with no out of pocket expenses for veterans.

We can also assist you with obtaining necessary equipment to manage day to day, such as medical beds, braces, and other items listed on the RAP Schedule.

We offer rebates under the ECP Program. Referral from a GP is required for this.

We do not bulk bill.

We provide services at a rate determined by the type of funding and location.

Baseline prices start at $200 for a session. Rebates are available for private health cover.
